- Ultra Absorbent Wound Dressing: The super absorbent dressing for wound care is a non-adhesive dressing pad with an extremely absorbent core for exudate management. Absorbs moderate to heavy exudates and locks in drainage even under pressure. Ensures even distribution of exudate through the dressing, minimising the risk of maceration. The anti-liquid penetration design on the back of the dressing keeps liquids from leaking onto skin or clothing, increasing patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Super Absorbent core and Protective backing: Our super absorbent dressings are consist of a soft non-adherent layer, an ultra-absorbent core layer and a protective backing. The non stick layer does not adhere to the wound and quickly wicks away exudate and transfers it evenly into the ultra-absorbent core. The ultra-absorbent layer maximises exudate absorption. The highly breathable back layer provides a moist environment for improved wound healing, ensuring optimal healing conditions.
- 4"x4" Absorbent Pads with No Adhesive: This super absorbent wound dressing is great for skin and wound protection. The dressing is non-adhesive and is easy to apply and remove. There is no damage or irritation to your skin and they don't pull on the skin when they need to be replaced, minimising patient trauma during dressing changes. Thick enough to protect the area and promote healing. The wound pads have to be used together with a tape or self-adhesive bandage to keep the pad in place.
- Easy to Use: The non-adhesive super absorbent gauze pad should be worn with the blue backing uppermost facing. Apply directly to the wound site or can be used in conjunction with a silicone wound contact layer. Simply follow the normal procedure of cleaning the wound and then drying the surrounding skin thoroughly. This wound care dressing is suitable for use with either primary or secondary dressings and can be secured in place using suitable fixation aids.

Our absorbent dressing is an ultra-absorbent, non-adhesive dressing pad designed to absorb and retain large amounts of fluid and exudate.
The ultra-absorbent dressing absorbs wound exudate through the wound contact layer, retaining the exudate in the core layer and minimising the risk of maceration. The contact layer transfers the fluid upwards without adhering to the wound site. The distribution layer has fast-absorbing properties and distributes the fluid evenly upwards into the absorbent layer. The central absorbent core provides excellent absorption and retention. The backing layer has fluid-repelling properties to minimise fluid penetration and its breathability improves the permeability and exudate management properties of the dressing.
