Directions
For fasting, to start, mix one fourth of a scoop (1/4) with 1 liter of water and drink throughout your fasting day as needed in accordance with your fasting needs and level of activity. Increase ratio as directed on back of packaging only if needed during extended fasting. As a general electrolyte source, for sports, and for the best taste mix one 1/4 of a scoop with 2 to 4 (or 1 gallon) liters of water, respectively, based on your dietary needs.
