The machines are all certified according to NOP and EU organic regulations. Herbs are their most potent at the time of harvest, and they slowly lose their potency over time. If kept in airtight containers and out of direct sunlight, they can remain usable for many years. For best results, we suggest using our bulk herbs within two years of purchase.
