To use, place the gel pack in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill. Remove from the refrigerator and wrap the chilled gel pack in the soft fabric sleeve. Apply the gel pack to the desired area, such as the perineum, lower back, or swollen ankles, for up to 15-20 minutes at a time. For hot therapy, submerge the gel pack in hot water for 5-10 minutes before use. Avoid direct contact with skin and do not freeze or microwave the gel pack. Repeat as needed for pain relief and healing.
