Directions
Mold the mouthpiece by keeping it in hot water for 45 seconds, then bite firmly. If loose, repeat. Wear at night for sleeping. Take 3-4 weeks to get used to. Clean after each use and store in a dry place. Not usable if you have dentures, loose teeth, or other dental conditions.
