Directions
To use, freeze the pack until solid. Wrap in a thin towel and apply to the affected area for up to 15-20 minutes. Do not apply directly to the skin. Repeat as needed, but allow the skin to return to normal temperature between applications. Always follow the advice of a healthcare professional.
