Directions
1. Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. 2. Remove the cold pack from the freezer. 3. If desired, wrap the pack in a thin towel to prevent direct skin contact. 4. Apply the cold pack to the affected area (e.g., knee, back, shoulder, neck). 5. Leave in place for 15-20 minutes or as recommended by a healthcare professional. 6. Remove and allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying. 7. Refreeze the pack after use for future treatments. Caution: Do not apply directly to skin for prolonged periods to avoid frostbite.
