CarbTrap contains ingredients that help prevent the breakdown of not only starches but simple sugars. This gives it a slightly wider effect, especially where food intake contains not only starches but sugars as well. CarbTrap modulates sugar metabolism and may help reduce cravings for sweet foods. Directions: Take one capsule with 8oz water 10 minutes before meals. Do not exceed a maximum of 3 capsules per day.
