Simply add bimuno powder to everyday food and drink. Bimuno does not affect the taste of food and drink. Biumuno is not destroyed during cooking. Bimuno has a long shelf life and does not require special storage conditions. Adults and children over 12 years: one stick (3.65g) daily. Children 3-11 years: 1/2 stick (1.825g) daily.
